Good.First round was technical discussion-In which I was asked questions mostly from the skillsets mentioned in my resume.I have added few sample question.The other round was HR -where you can expect questions like -why you want to change the company and all.

Java and webMethods .Scenario based question.Difference between custom and dynamic SQL,JDBC Adapters,detailed explanation of the latest development,Trading Network,SAP Adapter knowledge would be an added bonus,MFT and question from the product suite mentioned in the CV.
Good, the first interview is basically on personal experience, no major coding, just minor and just conversation. Need to write on paper to explain answer. The interviewer listen to my story of my experience. Have good communication.

Tell me about youself, and ask me about how to do good design
They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.
Just an assessment and a 10 minutes interview with the line manager explaining the possition and hear your questions. Basic assessment with simple programming questions and a small code to implement. From the interview site there was no technical questions. No HR people on the call
