I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Nokia
Interview
I enjoyed it Quite relaxed and informal. Much more like a series of conversations than an interview. Very little in the way of direct technical questions; however, candidate aptitude and skillset were able to be drawn out by back and forth dialog about past industry and research experience, and discussions about the team/company/industry. Several discussions with manager, other team members, and director over course of two weeks.
Only negative was that pacing of HR was slow during negotiation of offer, which took over a month.
