Not so sure how many steps there would be. got an interview offer from an application that was submitted a couple months ago. Had initial interview for 30 mins and assigned an evaluation test. waiting for their answer.
I got invited by email for an hour long online interview a week ago. And in the interview, I was asked about mostly my background, experiences and projects I have done.

this interview was very simple, mostly behavioural as it was for a coop. we talked about my resume, what they would expect, what i have worked with, what they do and how they do it, as well as i guess transferrable skills
