1st round was more on Skills & knowledge test and 2nd was more on Experience level execution of task.

I applied online. Barely 3 weeks later, I received an email followed by a call to arrange a phone interview. That was then followed by a panel interview in person at your office in Ghana. A week later a received an email to meet the HR for salary discussion. Had my offer letter 2 weeks afterwards
