I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia in Mar 2010

Interview

First send out the CV. After 2 weeks, I get the in person interview appointment. Then I joint the interview. In fact it is a telephone interview by call from foreign, just for skill interview. After that, I got another interview appointment for HR and personality test. Finally I got the job.
