Nokia Technical Writer interview questions

there are 3 stages of interview. 1st is the phone interview from the HR recruitment of Nokia. Next is a written exam where your technical writing skills are tested. Last is the interview is a face to face interview with the manager the project.

Long and arduous. The whole process took about 4 months. Had to submit my CV (they specifically asked for a EuroPass CV - to this date this is the only company that's ever required one) and a cover letter. I was contacted shortly after and asked to submit a short essay on a predetermined topic. After that I was invited to a panel interview and had a test afterwards. I got a second round after that and they called me in a third time for an offer. The entire process took about 4 months, during which the date of the reply was always postponed - I almost gave up on it when they called me in for an offer.
