Noom Academic Research Associate interview questions

Met with recruiter, hiring manager and another employee. Interview process was face-to-face and was half an hour with each person. It very basic and to the point and I got along well with each individual; it went pretty well to my knowledge, however received an automated rejection email a week later. I found this very unprofessional considering I interviewed for 90 minutes; the least they could do is send a personalized email regarding my willingness to come in and interview with them. Seemed like a nice bunch of people, however I did not expect such attitude for a growing startup like Noom.
