      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Noom in Feb 2026

      Interview

I interviewed with Noom approximately 6 weeks ago for a recruiting role and, overall, the process was strong up until the very end. The take-home assignment was thoughtful, the interviews with stakeholders and the Head of People were engaging, and the hiring manager later shared that the debrief went well and that the feedback was very positive. What made the experience disappointing was what happened afterward. The role was eventually removed from the website, and despite following up, I never received a final update or closure. I especially found this frustrating because the take-home assignment itself emphasized the importance of candidate engagement and communication. Candidate experience should extend through the final decision, even if priorities change or the role is put on hold. I have since moved on and fortunately had other opportunities, but I hope Noom improves this part of the process. Candidates invest significant time and energy, particularly when take-home work is involved, and a brief update goes a long way.
