Disorganized and drawn-out interview pipeline with poor communication.
I interviewed with both the recruiter and the hiring manager. The process between updates and interview dragged on for 4–5 weeks, with communication feeling highly disorganized. Every week brought a new administrative excuse (vacation, illness, etc.) for why the hiring manager needed more time to make a decision, all while I was being given vague but positive feedback. Ultimately, I received a completely generic rejection email. When I kindly replied asking for any constructive feedback or areas of improvement, I was met with total radio silence.
Advice to Management:
Job seekers give up their time and energy to interview. Vague feedback followed by a generic rejection and zero follow-up reflects poorly on the company culture. If this is how candidates are treated at the door, it raises flags about internal operations and communication. Improve candidate care.
