I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Noom
Interview
I applied online; within a few hours I received a secondary application with questions/answers that I had to fill in (scenarios for coaching). I also had to upload a one-minute video of myself. After this was submitted it was less than 6 hours before they had sent me an email stating they wanted to set up 2.5 hours "so that i could meet everyone virtually" and gave me time brackets and sent me an online login. The schedule page clearly stated it was in MY TIMEZONE, so i made sure it was the equivalent in EST. Everything slowed down and I didn't hear anything for two days, so I emailed the first "recruiter" and asked if I they needed something else or to check if I had done everything properly. Not even an hour later I had received an email saying "Thank you but unfortunately we have enough staff at this time." Oh, really? Is that why the job was reposted again today?
I am not sure what they are getting at or what they are doing, but I was very disappointed. Another interviewee on this site said they think that the "recruiters" are actually bot-generated emails and I agree -- you would think their recruiters would be on LinkedIn along with the other 200 people that work with the company, but I guess maybe not...
The interview process goes in multiple rounds. First, an online application, then a mock coaching interview where you coach a client, finally, a video interview with a member of the hiring team.
Several interviewers, standard questions. Be prepared to explain your work history as a health coach and why you are a good fit for the position. There is an eschelon of interviews around 3.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why are you interested in job? Previous health coach work?
POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
