The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Noom (West Palm Beach, FL)
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter via Verbling named Kimberly Walker. She told me I had been exclusively offered an interview Noom as a Virtual Health Coach and gave me information on how to set it up. I added someone named Gloria Wen on Skype and followed the interview process. The interview was completely over Skype messages and I was sent an offer letter that night and told to report for a briefing at 8:00am my time on Skype to continue the working process. There wasn’t any video interviewing or mock coaching classes which struck me as odd because all the reviews of interviewees said there was plenty of communication via phone and a mock trial. I asked to speak to a representative and a few hours later someone called me from my very distorted line and was unable to communicate with me effectively due to language barrier. I felt very uncomfortable and told the interviewer on Skype that I am not comfortable with
this process. Has anyone had this experience?

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
