I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Noom (Saint Petersburg, FL)
Interview
The first interview was just a mock coaching session. You act as though you are the coach and the interviewer is the user in the app. You use a google doc and write back and forth for an hour in the spaces provided. The point is be as quick and concise as possible but still detailed. The second interview is with one of the supervisors which is only about 30 minutes but I would compare it to more of a traditional interview when it comes to the questions you’re asked. The third interview is not much of an interview it was just over the phone and they are basically calling to offer you the job and make sure all of your contact information is correct.
Things moved really fast. All 3 interviews happened within the same week.
What would you do if you were doing a task one way for a while and then you were told that you needed to change everything you were doing at that very moment?
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
