After I applied for the job the company emailed me wanting to know a little bit more about myself. I had to film a one minute video talking about myself and why i was interested in the job at Noom. Following this I answered 4-5 questions with several coaching and company scenarios and how I would respond to each. After this I emailed the company to follow up with them and they said that they had filled all of the current positions but wanted to set up the next interview step ( a mock coaching session) because they expected there to be openings soon. The coaching session was schedule for 3 weeks away. I still haven't had it yet but hopefully it goes well!

A woman wants to loose weight but her husband is in the hospital and she doesn't want to cook/ have the time to focus on preparing healthy meals.
The interview process goes in multiple rounds. First, an online application, then a mock coaching interview where you coach a client, finally, a video interview with a member of the hiring team.

POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
