After submitting the online application, 2-3 weeks later I received an email to complete a 4-question scenario of potential clients and how I would respond to them via an online form and to upload a 1-minute video telling them why I would be a good fit for Noom. The next step was a 60-minute mock coaching session via Google doc to see how I would interact with a user and allowed you to think on your feet of how you'd respond to certain situations. The last part of the interview process was a 30-minute video call to tell them a little more about myself past the items on my resume, answer a few questions (nothing 'tricky') and ask them a few questions as well. I found it super helpful and it made me want to work for Noom more! Overall, simple process with a little waiting at first, but the next steps went by quickly!
