I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Noom in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was quick. I was initially sent an email to answer 4 timed coaching related questions and upload a 1 minute video about myself and why I thought I would be a good fit for the company. This had to be completed within 7 days. That day (or the next) I was moved to the next step of the interview which was a mock coaching session through a google doc. This step is where you get to try your hand at digital coaching. They give you background information on your mock client, as well as a few basic coaching tips prior to this step. My best tip is to just stay positive and remember to meet the individual where they are at- don't overwhelm your mock client. That same day I was sent an email to schedule the final interview, which is with another coach through zoom (video call). This call was the week following the first few steps. The interview was very informal just getting to know me as a person and ask a few questions regarding coaching style. The interviewer was incredibly nice! That same day I was sent an unofficial offer letter with salary, benefits, start date, etc!

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why are you interested in job? Previous health coach work?
POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
