I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Noom (Rockville, MD) in Sep 2019
Interview
Amazing! The onboarding process moved very quickly, and everyone at Noom was excellent at communicating with me. The first stage was a one-hour mock coaching session, where you "chat" on a google doc with a "pretend client" for 45 mins - 1 hour so that they get a feel of your motivational interviewing skills. After this stage, they scheduled a 30-minute Zoom meeting with another coach. That same day, I received an email with an offer.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
