First, fill out online survey (very casual, some funny questions, have fun with it!. Second, 30min timed online questionnaire (4 different scenarios/opinions of cases- not tough!) and a 1 min video about why you are strong candidate for the position. Third, mock coaching call - in a google doc, you will pretend to be the coach while an employee pretends to be "Sam". A lot of the reviews on here state that she is impossible to work with but if you take a MI (motivational interviewing) approach, you will be fine! Just don't focus the conversation around giving advice and instead steer her in the direction of making her own goals and deciding what works best for her. This was about 45 minutes. Immediately after, I received an email that they wanted to move forward with the last interview for me. The final interview was a Zoom conference call and was 30 minutes long. This was a typical interview style, she asked me about my experience and why I was interested in the position, and we went over my Mock coaching call with Sam. Then she asked if I had any questions and that was it! It was very casual and my interviewer was very nice. About a hour later I received a email that I had been offered the position! I was worried about the entire process since there are a lot if negative reviews on here but honestly, everyone I interacted with was very nice and quick in their responses. As long as you are prepared and enthusiastic about the position, you have nothing to worry about! One problem I did run into, before my zoom conference call I received an email that they had decided to move on to other candidates. I was confused by this since my zoom conference interview was already scheduled for the following week. I emailed explaining this and they emailed me back immediately saying there had been a glitch in the system and that my interview was still scheduled. MAKE SURE TO ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU! Otherwise I may not have shown up for my interview thinking it was canceled.
