I filled out an application initially. The application was fun and reflected the quirky culture at Noom, which I enjoyed. Almost immediately they emailed me with the next step in the process. I had to take a short quiz, I think 4-5 questions, regarding real world situations with clients. Next I had to send in a 1 minute video expressing why I would be a good fit for the company and the position. I made a very silly vine type video and answered the questions honestly. This is a startup company, things change rapidly as consumer feedback is instantaneous. You have to be flexible with a company like this. After I submitted my test and video, I received an email to participate in a google doc chat with a "client" who as actually an interviewer. This chat was great and my "client" was very believable with her struggles. I actually enjoyed this part of the interview, which lasted about 45 minutes. Within a day or two I recieved an email requesting a final interview, which I was able to schedule for about 2 weeks later based on the availability they had open. My final interview was via Zoom with a hiring coach. The interviewer was warm, kind and very open. She asked me a few questions regarding my experience and told me a bit about herself and her history with Noom. This conversation made me even more excited to join this company. After that last interview, I received an email with my offer to join Noom.
