I applied online, received an email that I would be contacted in the next few months. I was contacted via email the next day that they wanted to know more and went through the next 3 steps:
1. 30 minutes coaching quiz and 1 min video (contacted to move forward)
2. mock coaching simulation online through text (45 mins - contacted to move forward)
3. 1-1 video interview (30 mins - offered the job via email same day)
The process was pretty quick, I scheduled my interviews right away after receiving the emails that I was chosen take the next step as they mentioned limited availability. It was a really efficient process and the team was really nice.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
