I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Noom in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. There were three parts to the interview. First, you handle about 4 different coaching scenarios and send a one minute video about yourself. Second, you do an hour-long mock coaching session with a fake user. Lastly, you do an actual zoom interview which is about 30 minutes long

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
