Interview
The interview process was two parts. The first was a 1-hour mock coaching session. You and your "client" work together to set a goal to improve his or her health. Prior to the session, Noom does give you an idea of what they are looking for in a health coach. The second step was a 30-minute one-on-one video interview. The coach asks you questions about yourself, and if there are any critiques you would give yourself concerning the mock coaching session.

Are you comfortable working in a remote environment? Was there anything within the mock coaching assignment you would have changed or felt you could improve on?
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
