Interview
I submitted my application online and received an email notification asking to schedule a mock coaching session. The mock coaching session was challenging but I found it fun and rewarding. In both the online application and the mock coaching session, I found that attention to detail and kindness were key. Within a week, I received an email asking to schedule a video conference interview through Zoom. The person who interviewed me was a coach and asked questions about my coaching style and about my personality. She was really nice and was able to answer all of my questions as well as give me a sense of the work culture at Noom. Within a week of my video interview, I received my offer letter. The whole process from application to offer took about three weeks. Overall, I had a great interview experience and I am thrilled to be joining the team at Noom.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
