I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Noom (Houston, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
First I had a session of 4 timed questions and one minute video of myself explaining why I was fit for this position. They give 25 minutes to respond the questions. the next day I scheduled a mock coaching session. The mocking session was 1 hour long and was fun. I really enjoyed talking and helping this "client", that I didn't realize when it was time to finish the session. The mocking session purpose is to "measure" your tone . Next they sent me a form for a follow up appointment but unfortunately it could not open the document as it stated I did not have permission, and I sent them an email stating the issue. I'm just waiting for their response. Overall, it's been a good experience, I've been enjoying every part of the interview, I hope they respond.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
