Interview
After the application process you were made to answer a timed scenario test of 25 minutes. After the questionnaire, the applicant must send in a no more than one minute video of themselves and why they would be a good fit. Within a day they notified me saying that i would go on to the next part of the process where I will be doing a mock coaching session. After that I was let known that same day that I would be speaking with a leader on the team. That interview portion was more like a casual conversation. I was offered a job within a week of that one.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
