More extensive then anticipating but after the experience realize the importance of their steps process. I was able to show different traits and abilities of myself in different methods and formats. I can understand how you can get to know an applicant and their style from this type of interview process especially with the company having virtual work positions. I was provided feedback, which was helpful and encouraging. The interview process helped me learn more about the company and their work style.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
