It's a fairly quick process. I filled out an application on their website and attached my resume/cover letter, later that same day they sent an email asking me to take a timed 25 minute test of various scenarios with possible clients and how I would respond, it was all typed out plus a 1 minute video of why I thought I was a fit for the position. I filled that out the following day on a Thursday, and heard back from a recruiter on the following Monday saying they wanted to move things forward and asked to schedule a mock session with a client named Sam. If you are really good with motivational interviewing, then you won't have a problem engaging with Sam and how to help gain insight into her wanting to lose 50 lb in 3 months. I could have done better. I got an email today (2 days later) stating they had chosen another candidate for the position and that I could reapply in 6 months. Overall the experience was positive and well explained for each step of the way. I would have really liked to gotten the position but it's just not meant for me and it wasn't personal.
