There is plenty of information about the interview process... I wanted to share about the waiting list process... especially in the midst of the pandemic. They were very upfront about the fact that I would be put on a waiting list if I passed the interview process. Well after my final interview I was contacted rather quickly to let me know that they would like to put me on the waiting list. So I joined the waiting list and I received a confirmation with all of the answers I submitted saying that I was on the waiting list. At that point I didn't receive any contact for a bit over 2 months. Which is fine because I saw that many people on the waiting list previously had waited two months or more (so don't worry if they don't communicate anything for a couple of months). At about 2ish months, they sent out an update letting me know that I was still on the waiting list. They also informed me that they had recently hired several people higher up on the waiting list. And they gave me a fun list of books to occupy my time with while I continued to wait. Yay book list and reading fun! About two weeks after that I got contacted to let me know they we're going to start hiring again and to keep an eye on my email and that I should receive something within the week! About two days later I received an unofficial offer. My Gmail had different tabs separate from the inbox for social and for promotions (I have since removed them for the following reason) and although none of their previous emails went to those tabs or to my spam inbox, the unofficial offer did go to my promotions tab! So be very cautious and check everywhere! Because you only have about 48 hours to let them know that you are interested and want to go forward with the unofficial offer. shortly after that I received my official offer and had a little over 24 hours to sign it. My start date is about 3 months since I joined the waiting list. Hope this helps!
