Interview
I applied and competed a quick personality test online, and was contacted a few days later to take another, open ended questions test, and was also asked to submit a one minute answer. Another day or two later I received a rejection email. I was familiar with the coaching techniques they use so I tend to think it may have been the video submission. I am in my fifties and most of the employees on their website appear to be in their twenties and thirties, so that may be the work culture they are dedicated to. I am always leary of a company that asks for a video or photo right off the bat because it suggests they may be putting more emphasis on age and appearance than they are supposed to.

Very easy . Just a video of a mock coaching session, an interview with a coach, followed by a practice coaching session, and then another interview with I think the hiring manager.
