Go online to apply, submit a cover letter, complete a timed questionaire you have about 20 minutes to do so, mock interview working with "Sam", be sure to use motivational interviewing, then a following interview.
Lengthy wait time from interview to hire date, amounting to a sudden request to start earlier than stated. Proved to be similar experience after actually working there - mixed information, indecision and often back peddling.

Very easy . Just a video of a mock coaching session, an interview with a coach, followed by a practice coaching session, and then another interview with I think the hiring manager.
