I applied online. I interviewed at Noom in Aug 2020
Interview
Super easy and straight forward. First is assessment with 1 minute interview. Next mock interview- super easy. All open ended questions. Last was final interview. I passed all and got a rejection letter. Honestly wasn’t worth the time to put for how the job would be. The interviewer clearly didn’t like her job and lacked enthusiasm. I wouldn’t have taken the job, honestly, just based on how the interview went. You can tell how a job will be, based on how employees look. Very overworked and tired. I was asked no topical interview questions and she said she hasn’t looked at my resume or mock interview answers. Seemed very unprofessional. I had read the reviews on here and saw how unprofessional the interview process was, but didn’t believe it because I assumed people were just bitter. But now I would totally agree (and not bitter lol). Really isn’t worth the time if you’re actually interested in a position like this, it’s not for you unless you don’t have actual experience, I’m assuming.

Question 1

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
