Had 2 intervieiws, the last portion was a simulated chat with a worker... was so unrealistic and all they wanted me to ask was how is your water intake, and It took me too long to figure that out (10 texts in) and I didnt get the job... there are so many other things to talk about

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
