I was contacted 3 weeks after applying. This was the initial HR interview. The interviewer stared from letting me know that she will cut my answers short if I go on for too long and then proceeded to outline her own career and achievements for the next 5 out of the total 30 minutes. The interviewer didn't say anything about the role and my role specific questions were answered with "it will be up to you". I was then asked a specific question about cooperation with other departments over and over. I clearly was not able to give the "right" answer as I had no background on how the business operates. When I was finally given a few minutes at the end of the interview to highlight anything else I felt was relevant, this was cut short and redirected to the same question I was already asked three times. I was more than qualified for the role and overall it was a negative experience. If this is how Noom operates then it was a lucky escape.
