Interview
Interview process was straight forward. There were multiple pieces. First, having to submit a 2 minute video explaining why you are a good candidate for the position. Then it’s followed by an assessment process, a Zoom interview, and a real time test to see how you would do with responding to a hypothetical coaching scenario. Each step of the process is explained in detail in an email prior to starting.

Why do you consider yourself to be a good fit for the position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
