A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a chat about an opportunity within the product department. I thought it was weird that the earliest available appointment is in 3 weeks (first red flag 🚩, this is probably a mass email). Fast forward to the day of the interview. I get on a few minutes early and had to wait 5 mins after the interview started before I get an email saying "Unfortunately, we have decided to update this position to better match our current needs.....". No show for the recruiter. First of all, I had to wait 3 weeks for this interview. In the entire 3 weeks, the recruiter couldn't have given me a heads up? Very unprofessional.
