I would encourage you to apply if you already have a job and wish to challenge yourself or explore new opportunities. Otherwise, applying here could be a massive waste of time and a great disappointment to be rejected at the end. The entire hiring process feels overly complex – as if they were Google or Meta, which apparently doesn’t fit a company of their size and salary range.
