Telephone + online test + face to face x 2 meetings. The process was quite structured and nice. Hiring manager and HR attended the process together. If you are entering the wind business, they would like to know if you know good enough about wind industry and Nordex.

After the application, first a call from the HR departament followed by skype interview with some people of technical departament. There were 3 people of the company involved during the interview.
