Nordex Group Sourcing Manager interview questions

I got an interview schedule 2 months after I sent my application. The interview was canceled via email; after almost a month the interview was rescheduled, unfortunately, on the day of the interview it was once again canceled per email. The person who was supposed to conduct the meeting promised to set a new date for the next week, however, that never occurred and when I wrote to him, he didn't even have the courtesy to answer the email. If that's the company culture, then I'm utterly glad that the interview never took place. Utterly disrespectful.
