Interview Process was pretty standard they asked me to review my work experience and cover what classes I had taken to achieve my degree. They asked me to describe my most recent project I had been working and a few technical questions. Took about 20 minutes but they did call me later then expected.

To interview in Nordson, you need to have a meeting with director first. After that, you'll have a interview with two groups of engineer team members. They gonna asking more about technical questions.
They were more interested in my qualities than my qualifications, which I appreciated. They were good at communication as well. Not too hard of an interview but they were more trying to get a feel for my personality.
