The interview was a typical interview. questions such as why do you want ot work for the company. How do you deal with an irrate customer. How will you be an asset to the company. How much experience do you have in sales

Applied on-line and was contacted a few days later via email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was quick and consisted of basic questions like, "Why do you want to work at Nordstrom's?" "What is your experience with commissioned sales?" "Is your schedule flexible?" At the end of the phone interview I was invited to come in for a personal interview with HR a few days later.
