Nordstrom HR Assistant interview questions

It was just a 15-minute call, no video, just audio. The person just asked me generic questions, not focused on my previous experience or any personal insights I might have. The person wasn't very welcoming either, the whole process was uncomfortable. She didn't mention anything about the company, or the role. She barely introduced herself. On the next day, I got an email offering me the role and a letter of employment to be signed. I still had a lot of questions about the company and role, since I wasn't allowed to ask anything during the interview, so I replied to the email with my questions and they just ghosted me.
