Interview
It was fast. I applied online and called a day later to confirm they received my submission. I was told the departments that were hiring and asked which I would prefer. I chose. I got a call a day or two later from that department. They wanted me to come in for a job interview. The interview was fast and I was invited to a new hire training session. After the one day training session, I was working out on the floor as a commissioned sales associate.

They asked me to describe a previous work place scenario: how something went wrong and what I personally did to fix it.
A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.
