Interview
I applied on Nordstrom's career site and I interviewed in San Jose. The first round interview was conducted through Video Interview, which was more like a skype interview but without the recruiter actually talking to you in person. The questions were preset and played during the interview process, and each questions have limited response time. The second interview was onsite interview, where I got to interview with 2 department managers, 1 general store manager, and 1 HR. The overall interview experience was pleasant.
