I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2016
Interview
Whole process took about two weeks. First applied online and was then forwarded to the next round which included a phone interview. Very friendly and seemed scripted, two brief questions were involved (simple questions at that) and the rest of the conversation was spent explaining pay, hours, environment etc. Next round was a week later and involved an in-store, face to face interview. Much more professional and tougher questions. Excellently professional environment and the managers interviewing were very friendly and answered all questions I had. Nordstrom was a great place to interview and is now an even better place to work. My own mother will hopefully be following me to get a job here (That's not a joke, they're actually that good).
