Interview
First, had a phone interview with the HR Director about the general job & my experience.
Then I met with all of the Sales Directors in person at the Club House.
Then there is a 2 week trial period where you have to bring in people from your network to buy clothing. You have to sell $10,000 worth of clothing in two weeks. If you fail to do that then you don't get the job & they keep all your contacts as clients.
Was super quick and efficient. All of the hiring managers were wonderful and upfront in how the job would look from day to day. I very much enjoyed the process.

Fast, Took place on national job fair posted on company website during october and went in for onsite interview and got hired on spot for seasonal position that after season completed had option to shift to full-time in available department.

The interview was super smooth, first I did a phone interview and then the face to face and got the job on the site. I really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend to just be yourself.
