First I was offered a Phone interview through my email, and it told me to schedule a date for the phone call. Once I did that and received the call, we chatted for about 5 minutes and the HR manager asked me about my availability and if I would like to come into the store for a face to face interview.

A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.
