I applied online and got a call within a few days. They conducted multiple interviews at the same time in the Bistro. They had managers from all the departments that were hiring. I had three managers rotate around to interview me. The interview vibe was very relaxed and the questions were straightforward. The interview lasted about half an hour. I heard back within a few days and accepted the job offer.

A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.
