Interview
After applying for the job, HR called me to schedule an interview with the store's head manager. They were very flexible with working with my availability and were clear with directions as to where to go for my interview. When I got their, I was brought into the back to the manager's office and she explained to me the job details, what was expected of me, etc. She also asked me a series of questions about myself and my experience.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Winter Park, FL) in Sep 2017
Interview
3 weeks. Set-up an interview that you'll receive thru email. Got a phone interview, first then was scheduled to meet two different department managers. Got asked tons of behavioral questions. I feel Human Resources should do the job of interviewing future candidates because department managers can be biased on to whether they like a candidate or not. They can't even fake it, they asked me set of questions and listed down the answers like two-three words each time I answer. What a waste of time.

Interview
I applied online and received an email about a week or so later setting up a phone interview. The phone "interview" was just asking me my availability and then I was set up with an in-person interview. I was given a tour of the store and then had an interview with a department manager. The store manager then came in and gave me my second interview immediately after. I was then offered a position.
