I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2016
Interview
Submitted my application online, then I got an email to set up a phone interview for 2 weeks later. At the end of the phone interview , the lady asked me to come in for an In person interview. At the in person interview , there were a lot of people there so I had to wait until my name was called. I had to do 2 interviews that day. After the interviews , I got a call to come back the following week for another interview. This time, I did an interview with the manager for the shoe department. After that , we did a group session with the manager of the store with 6 other people. Overall, the managers were very friendly people and gave detailed explanations about what to expect. Now I'm waiting for a response.
My name is Sarah and I have an upcoming interview at a finance firm. I'm trendy and perky. Pick me an outfit to wear to the interview and show me how you would sell this outfit to me.
A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items
