Interview
First I had a phone call interview, then I was scheduled for in-person interview. I was being interviewed twice for the in-person interview and last for 30 minutes. It was a great experience. The interviewer were really nice and mostly asked questions about costumer service scenarios, personal styles, and favourite designers.

A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Applied online. Got an email about a week later. Went in to a Seasonal Hiring Event. Interviewed with a manager. Most questions were situational questions. Very easy process. Offererred position on the spot.

The interview took me about 45 minutes with a lot of customer service questions and I did a mock sale after the interview. I was told to look around and pick an item to sell to the interviewee. I got a call back after the interview about a few days after with a job offer.
