Applied online, and received a phone call 4 days later asking me some basic questions about myself and why I am interested in this job. Then I got asked if I wanted to come in for a face to face interview with the manager of the department. I went to the face to face answered some basic interview questions about the job and then was told I would be called if I got hired. The next day I got hired for the job.

Overall all very simple and easygoing. Just show up professionally and know about the company. The main areas of focus is your experience, how well you work with others, and how to navigate this position.

The interviewing process was lengthy, I went to three interviews and on the last one, I met with my store’s manager and her regional manager. It was a very lengthy process but respected. Nordstrom values the right things so not just anybody can get the job.
